Does MODULOS arrange the project documentation and the building permit?

Yes, we will arrange the project documentation and help you obtain the building permit. We will guide you through the whole process and coordinate the individual steps, so you do not have to look for someone to prepare the necessary documents yourself.

If you finance the house from your own funds, we can start production of the house in our hall once the advance invoice is paid and deal with the documentation and building permit at the same time.

If you finance the house with a mortgage, the bank releases the funds only on the basis of the building permit. We therefore first arrange the necessary documentation and building permit, and once the advance invoice is paid we start production of the house.
