What materials are MODULOS modular homes made of?

You will find the detailed construction composition in the technical description of the house. It lists the individual layers and materials used – from the load-bearing structure and insulation to the composition of the walls, floor and roof.

Our standard also includes, for example, aluminium entrance doors, triple-glazed windows from a Czech manufacturer, Fermacell gypsum fibre boards instead of plasterboard and waterproof plywood on the underside of the house, which helps protect the structure from moisture.
