Every MODULOS home is built to suit its future owners. The visualisations and prices shown on our website are therefore mainly meant to give you an idea and inspiration. The final design is up to you – as the manufacturer we can adapt the house to your needs, just as we have done for almost 300 homes built so far.
To start, a simple sketch on paper is enough, showing the size of the house, the layout and the position of windows and doors. You also choose a flat or gable roof, a rendered facade or timber cladding and, optionally, a terrace. The gable roof, timber cladding and terrace come at an extra charge. When signing the contract you also choose the colours of the windows, doors, facade, switches and more.
The interior can be designed according to your wishes too. Optionally, you can order a kitchen from us and decide on its layout, dimensions and finishes. You choose the bathroom fittings at the nearby Ptáček bathroom studio, where a consultant familiar with our standard will look after you. Items beyond the standard are charged as extra costs. We can also adapt the electrical installation – for example adding sockets or lights beyond the standard for an extra charge.
The final price of the house therefore depends on its size, layout, chosen version, equipment and any modifications beyond the standard.
