How long does it take to produce and deliver a modular home?

For a house produced in our hall, the completion date is 6 months from signing the contract. Once finished, you inspect the house at our factory, check everything and confirm that it is in order. We then schedule transport to your plot. After transport and placement, the final works are carried out according to the chosen version, for example completing the gable roof or the terrace.

If the house cannot be transported because of a poor access road or its dimensions, we build it directly on your plot. In that case the completion time is also 6 months, but it is counted from the handover of the building site.
