Can a modular home be built directly on the plot?

Yes. If the conditions of the plot do not allow the finished modules to be transported and placed, we can build the house directly on site. We use this solution for plots with difficult access and for larger houses that cannot be transported because of their dimensions.

We always assess the method of construction individually. Before the contract is signed, we carry out a site visit attended by MODULOS representatives and the technicians who handle the transport of our modules. Based on this visit, we determine whether the house can be delivered from the factory or will need to be built directly on your plot.
